Annual General Meeting

This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday 18^th March at Tyn-Lon, starting at 3:00pm. A Limited supply of 50^th Anniversary T-Shirts will be available after the meeting for the bargain price of £5 each, so don’t forget your cheque book!

Annual Dinner

Saturday 18th March at the Royal Victoria Hotel, Llanberis. Dinner will be at 7:00pm for 7:30. The dress theme is “Black tie & Posh Frocks”. If you haven’t already booked, get in touch with Val Beddard as some places may still be available.

Website Re-Launch

Membership fees

If anyone still hasn’t paid their fees for 2006 they are now very overdue! Don’t forget you can now pay by standing order. Contact a committee member for the bank details.

Lundy 2007

For summer 2007 we are considering a meet to the isle of Lundy. Lundy is an excellent rock-climbing venue that many club members would wish to visit. Meets like this do require organising well ahead, and also expose the club to some potential cost. With this in mind, a sheet will be available at the AGM so members can express their interest in this and other meet venues.

A reminder that the two “members only” bedrooms are for use by club members; prospective members; and when space is available member’s guests. Also, smoking and dogs are not allowed upstairs under any circumstances.
