The AGM will be held in the Dining Room at Tyn
Lon on the Saturday Afternoon as usual, an agenda will be
available following the last committee meeting prior to this
weekend. Any changes of Committee positions will be voted and
matters raised on the Agenda discussed all members are
encouraged to attend.
Val has booked
the Dinner at the Royal Vic again this year, following two
successful years here, the Committees view was very much if it
aint broke, dont fix it! A late bar and music license
have been requested, so we shouldn't get hoofed out early this
year! A theme has yet to be decided, so keep your eyes
open for the meet info flyer that will be sent out nearer the
time. Booking is as usually essential, and please get
these in on time to Val, menu below.
